DMCA Takedown Procedure

BizCanvas respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been posted on the Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide a written notification containing the following information:

Counter-Notification

If a takedown notice has been submitted and you believe the content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required by applicable law. BizCanvas will process valid counter-notifications and may restore removed content if required by law.

Repeat Infringers

BizCanvas reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
