BizCanvas provides tools to create, store, and share business model canvases. To keep the Service safe and useful for everyone, users must follow this Acceptable Use Policy.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- Publish or distribute malware, phishing pages, or other malicious code.
- Transmit spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or abusive content.
- Violate the privacy or personal data of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Use automated scraping, bots, or other tools to extract data from the Service without permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Use the Service to create a competing product or service.
Enforcement
BizCanvas may investigate and take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement when a user violates this policy or applicable law.
Reporting Violations
If you believe another user is violating this policy, please report it to our support team at legal@bizcanvas.space or via the contact form on the site. Provide as much information as possible (URLs, screenshots, and description of the issue).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
